PLEASE NOTE: Since plants are often sourced from the garden to order, sizes do vary a little, depending on how they come out of the ground, but I always endeavour to give a little more rather than less! They are sometimes shipped bare-rooted, but will approximate the size specified (e.g. a 9cm pot).
Geranium macrorrhizum 'White-Ness'
Sold out for now - more later!
This lovely evergreen ground cover plant for shade or part shade forms mounds of attractive foliage and bears papery white flowers with yellow stamens from spring and right through to the first frosts. If plants are not listed, I can split to order, so please let me know if you'd like some.
Sowing and/or growing instructions
Sow in very moist, but not water-logged, modules or small pots, .25in/6mm deep in spring or autumn. A little heat may aid germination, which should occur from about 10 days, but do not overheat (maximum 70F/20C) as this may deter germination. Grow seedlings on and in the case of autumn sowings, keep in a cold frame or sheltered spot during the winter, planting out in spring.
