PLEASE NOTE: Since plants are often sourced from the garden to order, sizes do vary a little, depending on how they come out of the ground, but I always endeavour to give a little more rather than less! They are sometimes shipped bare-rooted, but will approximate the size specified (e.g. a 9cm pot).
Lilium lancifolium 'Flore Pleno'
Double Tiger lily
Fresh bulbils in stock! (Aug 2018)
This stunning double lily has orange double flowers with brown spots.
Sowing and/or growing instructions
The bulbs should be planted 4-6in/10-15cm deep. NOTE: Although all parts of lily plants are extremely toxic to cats, this is a pollen-free plant, so there is no danger of felines brushing against flowers and later washing pollen grains from their fur. But if lilies are grown in cat-owners' gardens they should be sited with great care - even a small piece of leaf, if ingested, can cause severe poisoning and even death.
