Sowing time/depth ,
Lysimachia clethroides is very attractive, with its light-to-mid-green leaves and panicles of tiny, star shaped flowers in summer. Makes a very good cut flower. It is a vigorous plant that is best sited where is can be allowed to spread.

Plants may sometimes be supplied bare-rooted, but will easily establish - just make sure to keep moist.
Sowing and/or growing instructions
Although tending to be invasive, I have found that this plant is not difficult to control if planted where it is less likely to grow in amongst other plants. Just fork out unwanted roots in spring, while the plant is still dormant.
