Sowing time/depth ,
A dainty species pelargonium/geranium, with circular, crinkled, silver-grey-green leaves up to an inch across and clusters of small, pinkish-white flowers on fine, long, wiry stems throughout the summer. The leaves have a strong, spicy scent when rubbed or crushed. Thrives in a sunny, sheltered spot outdoors, although should also tolerate light shade.
Sowing and/or growing instructions
When the weather turns chilly, overwinter in a frost-free greenhouse – or it will be happy in a bright window indoors, during which time it should be kept slightly moist but never waterlogged. Keep tidy and disease-free by remove spent flower stems and dead leaves. Cut back in spring to encourage bushiness. Takes easily from stem cuttings.
