Sowing and/or growing instructions | ||||||||||||
Sow thinly on the surface in a small pot, January-March, pressing lightly into the compost. Place pot in propagator or plastic bag, and do not exclude light as this is required for germination, which should take 14-28 days. Aim to maintain a temperature of 68F. Prick out seedlings as soon as they are large enough to handle, growing on in 3in pots. Harden off before planting out when risk of frost is past. |
