This lovely tall, deep-blue geranium is happy in full sun or part shade. It has strong, upright stems and is self-supporting in all but the most exposed sites. Please note that since there are other geraniums in the garden there may have been some cross-pollination, so I cannot guarantee that all seeds will breed true. NOTE: I am also offering seeds collected from mid-blue plants. |
Sowing and/or growing instructions |
Sow in very moist, but not water-logged, modules or small pots, .25in/6mm deep in spring or autumn. A little heat may aid germination, which should occur from about 10 days, but do not overheat (maximum 70F/20C) as this may deter germination. Grow seedlings on and in the case of autumn sowings, keep in a cold frame or sheltered spot during the winter, planting out in spring. |
