Creeping bugle is a low-growing, evergreen plant that is useful to provide ground cover or to grow between paving stones. It produces spikes of rich blue/purple flowers in Spring, above dark, sometimes almost black, foliage. |
Sowing and/or growing instructions |
Sow in autumn or spring under glass, barely covering with a fine sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Transplant seedlings into small pots and grow on until large enough to plant out. Cut flowering stems back when they are spent. |
