This diminutive yellow-flowered foxglove is compact and sturdy. It is happiest in semi-shade but will tolerate both deeper shade and sunnier positions. Flowering for most of the summer, the blooms are a soft pale-yellow. Well-drained, humus-rich soils are recommended for best results. |
Sowing and/or growing instructions |
Sow thinly in a cool greenhouse or cold frame, on the surface of a pot or module of good quality compost, covering with a fine sprinkling of sifted compost or vermiculite. Do not exclude light, which is necessary for germination. Pot seedlings on when they are large enough to handle and plant out when danger of frost is past. |
