Geranium clarkei 'Kashmir White'
Large, delicate white flowers with delicate pink veining appear in spring and sporadically into summer, on slender stems above intricately divided leaves. Although not as vigorous as most hardy geraniums, taking longer to make a sizeable clump than others, its sheer beauty well and truly makes up for this shortcoming. Very special!
Sowing and/or growing instructions
Although this geranium is happy in full sun it will also grow well in dappled shade. It requires little attention other than to trim back any straggly stems by half or so after flowering has ceased to keep it tidy. It will produce fresh foliage from the base. Established plants are easy to split as required, preferably in late-winter/early spring. |
